The Collectibles Affiliate Programme — Terms

Effective: 12 October 2026

These terms govern participation in the affiliate programme of The Collectibles (the "Programme"), operated by Horde Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered address at 2810 N Church St, STE 90840, Wilmington, Delaware 19802, United States (the "Company", "we"). By applying to the Programme at https://dashboard.collectiblepartners.io or by accepting these terms there, you (the "Affiliate") agree to them.

1. Definitions

2. Joining the Programme

2.1 Applications are reviewed by hand. We may decline an application, or close an account later, without giving a reason.

2.2 You must be at least 18, give accurate details, keep them current, and be the person or entity that operates the promoted channels.

2.3 One account per Affiliate. An Affiliate may not refer themselves, their household, their staff or accounts they control; such registrations are void and their commission is forfeited.

3. Commission

3.1 Your commission is a revenue share of up to 25 % of the NGR of your Referred Collectors, inside the Revenue-Share Window, per calendar month. The rate that applies to you is shown on the Platform. The Company may set tiers or a different rate for an Affiliate; a change applies from the next calendar month.

3.2 A calendar month with negative NGR earns no commission. Negative NGR is carried over and set off against the following months' NGR of the same collectors within the Revenue-Share Window.

3.3 No CPA, CPL or other fixed payment is owed unless agreed in writing.

3.4 Commission is calculated on the Company's records, which are final absent manifest error. The Platform's figures are posted daily and may be corrected for refunds, chargebacks, fraud or technical faults until the month's payout.

4. Payment

4.1 Commission is paid in USD, monthly, within 30 days of the end of the calendar month (NET30), once the balance reaches USD 100. A smaller balance rolls into the next month.

4.2 Payment is by bank transfer or in a cryptocurrency the Platform offers. You bear the fees of your own bank or wallet, and any taxes due on your commission. You must provide a valid invoice or the tax details we ask for.

4.3 We may withhold payment while an investigation under section 7 is open, and set off amounts you owe us.

5. Promotion rules

You may promote the Site with the materials and links the Platform provides and with content of your own that follows these rules. You must not:

You must disclose that you earn commission from the links you share where the law or the platform you publish on requires it.

6. Brand assets and licence

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the names, logos and materials we provide for the Programme, in the form provided, for the term of these terms. All rights stay with the Company.

7. Fraud, review and clawback

7.1 We may review any traffic, registration or activity. Commission from registrations or activity that breaches these terms, is fraudulent, or is reversed by a chargeback or refund is forfeited or clawed back, including from future payments.

7.2 We may suspend tracking and payment during a review and terminate the account on a breach.

8. Term, changes and termination

8.1 These terms apply from acceptance until terminated. Either party may terminate on 30 days' written notice; we may terminate at once on a breach of section 5 or 7.

8.2 We may change these terms or the commission on 30 days' notice through the Platform or by e-mail. Continuing to use your Tracking Links after that date is acceptance of the change.

8.3 On termination your Tracking Links stop attributing new collectors. Commission earned before termination is paid in the ordinary course, except where section 7 applies.

9. Confidentiality and data

9.1 Statistics, rates and other non-public information from the Platform are confidential.

9.2 You receive no personal data of collectors. You must not try to identify Referred Collectors. Each party handles the personal data it collects under its own privacy policy and the applicable law.

10. Liability and relationship

10.1 You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of the Company, and may not make commitments on our behalf.

10.2 Our total liability under these terms is limited to the commission paid to you in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10.3 You indemnify us against claims arising from your promotion in breach of section 5.

11. General

11.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States, and disputes are brought before the courts of the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules that may apply.

11.2 If a clause is unenforceable the rest stands. Our not enforcing a clause is not a waiver.
